Bijou Modular was founded with a clear purpose: to simplify the building process and create refined, intentional spaces that feel like home.
As part of Projects 115, an established and trusted building company in WA, our team has spent years delivering quality homes and gaining deep insight into where clients often face challenges. We recognised a gap in the market: families wanted the same level of expertise and care, but with a faster, more streamlined, and cost-effective approach.
Bijou Modular was created to fill that gap. By combining thoughtful design with decades of construction knowledge, we’ve reimagined the modular building journey. The result? Homes that are not only beautiful, but also built with clarity, confidence, and care.

Through my experience in design and project coordination within our business, I lead with clarity, creativity, and collaboration to ensure each project is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly delivered from concept to completion.
Lanie Nelmes
Administration Manager
Lanie is a highly organised and proactive Administration Manager with a strong background in the building and construction industry. She excels at coordinating office operations, project documentation, and supporting site teams with seamless administrative processes. Known for her attention to detail and calm under pressure, Lanie ensures that every project runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Joel Cornelius
Managing Director
Joel brings over 30 years of experience in transportable accommodation, having delivered projects for many industry leaders. His practical knowledge and leadership ensure every build is executed with precision.

With 35 years in the industry, Gavin began his career in prefabricated carpentry and has become a respected figure in modular construction. His technical expertise and commitment to quality are foundational to every Bijou project.
